You can shop online with confidence, knowing that the financial and personal information you submit is secure. This site uses secure commerce technology. All of the data that you enter on your checkout page, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet and cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. For your record, when you purchase a product and check out, print the screen so you have a paper record of your purchase. You will need your order number for follow up with our customer service department.

Setup: Etching, Engraving, Imprinting and Additional Fees

Prices include amount of engraving, imprinting or etching that is appropriate for item ordered, in one location. Excessive text, second sides or additional locations may result in additional charges. One logo or signature is also included, additional logos or signatures $4.00 each. Some items (etched marble and crystal for example) may require a Setup Fee, which is indicated with the item pricing. There is typically only one Setup Fee for all items of a common type. For instance, if you ordered five pieces of a crystal vase, only one Setup Fee would apply for all five. This allows you to spread the cost of each Setup Fee across the total number of awards of a common type. Our Setup Fees include the cost of prepping each item for etching or engraving.

Production and Shipping

Please include the date of your event or presentation with your order.

Normal Production time is 5 to 10 working days. Large quantities may require 10 to 20 working days. Some special order items, such as bronze tablets, may require additional time. Approximate delivery time will be confirmed upon order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date. Special rush services are available on most items. Please confirm availability prior to ordering.

Expedited Service is 10% additional (of entire order) for shipment or pickup within 48 hours. ($10 minimum).
Priority Express Service is 20% additional (of entire order) for shipment or pickup within 24 hours. ($15 minimum)
Expedited and Priority Express Services are subject to availability of inventory and production capacity. Special rush services DO NOT include special shipping charges necessary to meet customer deadline.


All plaques are individually packaged. Trophies and other items are wrapped and boxed.

Shipping Charges - $2.00 per shipping carton plus freight and insurance charges.

Split Shipments Add $5.00 per location. All domestic orders will be sent from Bismarck, North Dakota via UPS ground transportation unless otherwise requested. If faster delivery is necessary, please specify desired shipping and contact our customer service department for stock availability and rush processing availability.

If your online order exceeds what can be shipped in a single box, shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipment and you will be notified of shipping charges. online orders that exceed one carton will show "shipping charges to be determine" at time of checkout.

Claims Damages

Inspect your order when it arrives. It is the responsibility of the customer to make claims with the carrier. We will assist in every way possible. Remember to retain all packing materials and cartons, shipping labels and packing slips if your order arrives with shipping damage. Contact the carrier right away if you discover damaged product.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be added to each total order (subtotal + shipping) shipped to a North Dakota location. We do not collect sales taxes when orders are shipped to any location outside of North Dakota.

Cancellations and Changes
All costs incurred up to cancellation will be billed. Orders being changed after work has been started will be subject to additional charges.


No products may be returned without prior approval from our customer service department. Because of the highly personalized nature of award products, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, although in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of order receipt. To return an item, please follow these steps:

1) Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service at 1-800-626-9562 and make sure you place the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Include a copy or the original packing slip that accompanied your order along with your return address.

A Note About Digital Artwork

Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in the wrong format. Much time can be lost with efforts to convert files that are submitted without following the information guidelines below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you also mail or fax a hard copy of the artwork and any special instructions. Please indicate your Order Number on the artwork if you know it.

Artwork is only as good as you provide. Simply because the art file is an EPS or TIFF format does not mean it will be clean and useable. Faxed, scanned, or art which has been reproduced numerous times will not improve and will not look its best without additional clean up efforts. Please do not submit web graphics as they are produced in a resolution setting (generally 72 dpi) that is too low for our processes to reproduce attractively. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our standards of product quality when reproduced with our equipment and processes.

Font Information

Convert all text to curves or outlines. Please be aware that once this is done the text in your artwork can no longer be edited. If editing is required you must include the Font (TrueType only) with the file. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF FONTS, WE DO NOT HAVE THEM ALL.

File Information

You must include all EPS or TIFF files used for the job. We can also accept compressed (.zip) files.


When assigning a color to art or text, please use a PMS color. This will work for process or spot colors.
